Freight Delivery Checklist

Pre-Delivery Checklist

  • Please give our delivery carrier the best number when ordering. We or the freight company may need a good phone number to find your location or reschedule delivery.
  • We recommend two helpers to move your order on or soon after delivery day. The freight company offers free curbside delivery, but the driver won't bring the shipment inside.
  • Make sure your helpers are present during the delivery window or ready to help you move the packages from the curb to your backyard or home.

DURING DELIVERY

  • The freight driver will have you sign a delivery receipt after putting your shipment at the curb.
  • Check your order carefully while the driver is there. Be aware that larger orders are often split into two or more pallets, and smaller items may be packaged inside larger.
  • Check the shrink wrap, pallet, and boxes for damage. If you notice any tears or dents, take photos of the damaged boxes and email us within 24 hours at info@mywinecoolerworld.com.  Alternatively, you can have the driver note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery. Then email us immediately.
  • If the shipment is in good condition, sign for it and let the driver go. 

AFTER DELIVERY

  • Unwrap the pallet and grab the packing list. Compare each item's model number—printed on the box or on a UPC sticker—to the packing list. Be aware that some items may be packed inside others.
  • Even if you won't install or use your product right away, open the boxes and inspect it. Check legs, handles, and moving parts for damage. Send photos of any physical damage to info@mywinecoolerworld.com. Report any order issues within 24 hours of delivery. If everything is perfect, enjoy your purchase!
