How to Initiate a Return

What Constitutes Good Return Documentation
β’Well-lit, clear photographs
β’ Close-up shots highlighting any damage
β’ Images showing model and serial numbers
β’ Pictures of the original packaging
β’ Videos capturing any operational problems
Our Response Process
β’ Initial response within 1 business day
β’ Complete review of your request within 2-3 business days
β’ Detailed return instructions provided if your return is approved, including an RMA number for tracking
Understanding Your Return Costs
β’ Restocking Fee (25% of the original purchase price):
ββ- Applies to all non-defective returns, even if the unit is unused
ββ- Example: A $1000 purchase will incur a $250 fee
β’ Shipping Costs:
ββ- Return shipping is the customerβs responsibility (must use an insured, trackable service)
ββ- If free shipping was offered on the original order, that cost (for example, $180) will be deducted from your refund, on top of the restocking fee
Damaged Product Protocol
β’ At Delivery:
ββ- Inspect the product immediately
ββ- Note any damage, even if minor
ββ- If damage is present, ask the driver to document it on the delivery paperwork, and do not sign or take possession of the item.Β Contact our customer service immediately.
β’Β Documentation Required:
ββ- Photos of external box damage
βΒ Β - Images of internal packaging
ββ- Pictures of any damage to the unit
ββ- Delivery receipt noting the damage, including driverβs name and truck number
β’ Time Frames:
Β Β Β Β - Initial inspection with the driver: within 15 minutes
ββ- Detailed inspection: within 24 hours
ββ- Contact support: within 24 hours
ββ- Submit photos: within 3 days
Cancellation Policy
β’ Within 24 Hours:
ββ- Free cancellation with a full refund, no questions asked
β’ 24-48 Hours:
ββ- Cancellation subject to order status; may incur fees and require manager approval
β’ After 48 Hours:
ββ- Cancellation will follow our standard return policy with full fees applied
ββ- No exceptions for orders already in transit
Refund Process Explained
β’ Inspection Criteria:
ββ- Completeness of the unit and its original packaging
ββ- Functionality and cosmetic condition
ββ- Verification of all documentation
β’ Timeline:
ββ- Inspection: 3-5 business days
ββ- Processing: 2-3 business days
ββ- Bank posting: 3-5 business days
ββ- Total refund process: 7-14 business days
β’ Status Updates:
ββ- Email confirmation upon receipt of your return
ββ- Notification of inspection results
ββ- Confirmation when refund processing begins
ββ- Final notification once the refund is issued
Important Notes
β’ Keep the original packaging for all returns
β’ Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not be refunded
β’ Manufacturer defects are managed through the warranty process
β’ The maximum refund amount is equal to the original purchase price
β’ All returns are subject to inspection
β’ Note: Items from the Summit brand are non-returnable
